Ingredients
- 8 oz Sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 oz Cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup Onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Pimentos, chopped
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the garlic powder, chopped onion, pimentos, mayonnaise, black pepper, and a pinch of salt.
- Add the sharp cheddar cheese and cream cheese into the mixture.
- Using a hand mixer or a fork, blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.

Notes
