- 1 tablespoon water
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe mug, combine the protein powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sweetener.
- Add in the applesauce and water. Stir until the mixture is well combined with no lumps remaining.
- Microwave on high for 1 minute. Keep an eye on it to avoid overflow.
- Once done, allow it to cool for about a minute before diving in!
