Easy and delicious banana donut holes made with just two ingredients—ripe bananas and pancake mix. A perfect treat for breakfast or a snack!
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup pancake mix
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in the pancake mix until well combined to form a thick batter.
- Using your hands, form small portions of the mixture into donut hole shapes, about one tablespoon each.
- Place the formed donut holes into the air fryer basket in a single layer—don’t overcrowd them!
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until the donut holes are golden brown and puffed up.
- Remove from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm!
Notes
Serve dusted with powdered sugar or cinnamon sugar, or with a side of maple syrup. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days or freeze for a month.
