Description

Easy and delicious banana donut holes made with just two ingredients—ripe bananas and pancake mix. A perfect treat for breakfast or a snack!


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup pancake mix


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth and creamy.
  3. Stir in the pancake mix until well combined to form a thick batter.
  4. Using your hands, form small portions of the mixture into donut hole shapes, about one tablespoon each.
  5. Place the formed donut holes into the air fryer basket in a single layer—don’t overcrowd them!
  6. Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until the donut holes are golden brown and puffed up.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm!

Notes

Serve dusted with powdered sugar or cinnamon sugar, or with a side of maple syrup. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days or freeze for a month.
