Quick and fluffy dinner rolls ready in just 30 minutes, perfect for any meal.
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups warm water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons active dry yeast
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 3 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Line a 9×13 baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it proof for 2-5 minutes until foamy.
- Add the oil, salt, egg, and flour (one cup at a time). Mix until combined.
- Allow your stand mixer to knead the dough for about 4 minutes.
- Shape the dough into 15 individual balls and place them in the prepared pan, covering with a dish towel.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and keep the pan on top of the oven to rise.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
- Brush the tops with melted butter before serving.
Notes
For a twist, add garlic powder or herbs. Store in an airtight container for up to three days or freeze for up to three months.
