Description

Quick and fluffy dinner rolls ready in just 30 minutes, perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups warm water
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons active dry yeast
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 3 3/4 cups all-purpose flour


Instructions

  1. Line a 9×13 baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it proof for 2-5 minutes until foamy.
  3. Add the oil, salt, egg, and flour (one cup at a time). Mix until combined.
  4. Allow your stand mixer to knead the dough for about 4 minutes.
  5. Shape the dough into 15 individual balls and place them in the prepared pan, covering with a dish towel.
  6. Preheat your oven to 375°F and keep the pan on top of the oven to rise.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
  8. Brush the tops with melted butter before serving.

Notes

For a twist, add garlic powder or herbs. Store in an airtight container for up to three days or freeze for up to three months.
