Air Fryer Chicken Breasts


Description

Juicy, tender, and perfectly cooked chicken breasts made in an air fryer for a crispy exterior and moist interior, ready in about 15 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry, drizzle with olive oil, and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 12-15 minutes, turning halfway through, until an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) is reached.
  5. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For added flavor, marinate chicken beforehand and use a meat thermometer to avoid overcooking.
