- 2 chicken breasts

- Zest from one lemon

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 whole garlic bulb, peeled
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons butter (browned)
- A handful of fresh parsley

Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken Marinade: In a bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon zest, paprika, oregano, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Coat the chicken breasts well in this marinade, then let them sit for at least 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- Roast the Garlic: While the chicken marinates, preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C). Take the peeled garlic cloves and roast them in the air fryer for about 10 minutes until golden and fragrant.
- Prepare the Garlic Butter: In a small saucepan, combine the olive oil and butter over low heat. Stir continuously until the butter browns slightly. Once the garlic cloves are roasted, add them to this mixture and mash gently to release the flavor.
- Air Fry the Chicken: Place the marinated chicken in the air fryer basket. Air fry for about 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Finish it Off: Once the chicken is done, drizzle the garlic butter sauce on top and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
