Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts thoroughly with the maple glaze mixture.
  4. Place the glazed chicken breasts into the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Air fry for approximately 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Remove from the fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For deeper flavor, consider marinating the chicken for a few hours or overnight. You can also coat the chicken in bread crumbs for extra crunch.
