Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Coat the chicken breasts thoroughly with the maple glaze mixture.
- Place the glazed chicken breasts into the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for approximately 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from the fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
