- 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)

- Cinnamon (for sprinkling, optional for added flavor)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut it into squares, about 3 to 4 inches each.
- In the center of each square, place a slice of apple and a piece of brie cheese.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling to form a pocket and seal well.
