Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cups asparagus, trimmed and cut into pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (optional)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, soy sauce, and honey. Make sure every piece is well coated.
- On a baking sheet, spread the chicken and asparagus out in a single layer.
