Description

A delightful and creamy dip that combines the richness of cream cheese and mozzarella with tart cranberries, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded white cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Crackers, breadsticks, or crostini for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, and white cheddar. Mix until well blended and creamy.
  3. In another bowl, toss the cranberries with sugar until they are evenly coated.
  4. Spread the cheesy mixture evenly into a baking dish and layer the sugared cranberries on top.
  5. Place the dish in the oven and bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the cranberries begin to burst.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve warm with your choice of crackers or crostini.

Notes

For a lighter dip, use low-fat cream cheese or a dairy-free substitute. Feel free to adjust the cheeses to your taste.
