A delightful and creamy dip that combines the richness of cream cheese and mozzarella with tart cranberries, perfect for gatherings.
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded white cheddar cheese
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Crackers, breadsticks, or crostini for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, and white cheddar. Mix until well blended and creamy.
- In another bowl, toss the cranberries with sugar until they are evenly coated.
- Spread the cheesy mixture evenly into a baking dish and layer the sugared cranberries on top.
- Place the dish in the oven and bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the cranberries begin to burst.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve warm with your choice of crackers or crostini.
Notes
For a lighter dip, use low-fat cream cheese or a dairy-free substitute. Feel free to adjust the cheeses to your taste.
