  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Place the feta cheese in the center of a baking dish, arranging the cherry tomatoes and spinach around it.

  4. Create four small wells in the mixture and crack an egg into each well.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the eggs are set to your liking.
