  • 12 oz Elbow macaroni

  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup Butter, unsalted
  • 3 cups Cheddar cheese, sharp
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 3 cups Whole milk


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the elbow macaroni according to the package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. Melt the unsalted butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.
  4. Whisk in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until it turns golden.
  5. Add the whole milk gradually, whisking continuously until the mixture thickens.
  6. Stir in the sharp Cheddar, mozzarella, and grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  7. Combine the cooked macaroni with the cheese sauce, stirring to ensure every piece is coated.
