Ingredients

  • 20 large white mushrooms
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and gently remove the stems, setting them aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Take each mushroom cap and fill it generously with the cheese mixture.
  5. Arrange the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and drizzle a little olive oil on top.
  6. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are beautifully golden.
  7. Serve warm, and watch them disappear!
