Ingredients
- 20 large white mushrooms
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and gently remove the stems, setting them aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and season with salt and pepper.
- Take each mushroom cap and fill it generously with the cheese mixture.
- Arrange the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and drizzle a little olive oil on top.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are beautifully golden.
- Serve warm, and watch them disappear!
