Ingredients

  • 3 ripe Avocados
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro (leaves and stems)
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Jalapeno pepper
  • 1 Lime
  • 1 Roma tomato
  • 1/4 cup Yellow onion
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher salt or flaky sea salt


Instructions

  1. Start by cutting the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
  2. Mash the avocados with a fork until you reach your preferred consistency—smooth or chunky, it’s up to you!
  3. Finely chop the cilantro, garlic, jalapeno, tomato, and yellow onion.
  4. Add these chopped ingredients into the bowl with the mashed avocado.
  5. Squeeze lime juice over the mixture and season with kosher salt.
  6. Mix everything together until well combined; taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  7. Serve your fresh guacamole immediately, whether alongside tortilla chips or as a topping for your favorite dishes.

Notes

For added flavor, roast the garlic before mashing it into the guacamole and adjust jalapeno according to spice preference.
