Ingredients
- 3 ripe Avocados
- 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro (leaves and stems)
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 Jalapeno pepper
- 1 Lime
- 1 Roma tomato
- 1/4 cup Yellow onion
- 1/2 tsp Kosher salt or flaky sea salt
Instructions
- Start by cutting the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
- Mash the avocados with a fork until you reach your preferred consistency—smooth or chunky, it’s up to you!
- Finely chop the cilantro, garlic, jalapeno, tomato, and yellow onion.
- Add these chopped ingredients into the bowl with the mashed avocado.
- Squeeze lime juice over the mixture and season with kosher salt.
- Mix everything together until well combined; taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Serve your fresh guacamole immediately, whether alongside tortilla chips or as a topping for your favorite dishes.
Notes
For added flavor, roast the garlic before mashing it into the guacamole and adjust jalapeno according to spice preference.
