Instructions
- Prepare the avocados: Halve the avocados, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
- Mash it up: Using a fork or a potato masher, mash the avocados to your desired level of creaminess—smooth or chunky, it’s up to you!
- Mix in ingredients: Add the lime juice, chopped onion, minced garlic, and diced tomatoes if using. Stir to combine.
- Season to taste: Sprinkle in salt and pepper, then taste and adjust as necessary. Add cilantro for that extra fresh flavor, if desired.
