  • 1/2 cup Pimentos, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese (optional)
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • Salt, to taste


Instructions

  1. Prep the Cheese: Start by shredding your sharp cheddar cheese.
  2. Mix It Up: In a medium bowl, combine the shredded cheese, pimentos, mayonnaise, and optional cream cheese. Stir until fully blended.
  3. Season: Add garlic powder, onion powder, and salt to taste. Mix thoroughly to ensure even seasoning.
  4. Chill: Cover the mixture and let it chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
