  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup egg noodles
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until translucent and fragrant.
  2. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a gentle boil.
  3. Add the egg noodles and sliced carrots, cooking until noodles are tender (about 6-8 minutes).
  4. Stir in the shredded chicken and gradually add the heavy cream, mixing well.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and give everything one last stir.
