Ingredients

  • Slider buns
  • Ground beef
  • American cheese
  • Pickles
  • Lettuce
  • Onions
  • Ketchup
  • Mustard
  • Mayonnaise
  • Salt & pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. Slice slider buns in half.
  4. After cooking, drain excess fat and press beef into the bottom halves of buns.
  5. Top with slices of American cheese, pickles, shredded lettuce, and onions.
  6. In a bowl, whisk ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise to make a special sauce; spread on the top bun halves.
  7. Place top buns on sliders and bake for 10-15 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

To enhance flavor, serve with fries, coleslaw, or homemade dipping sauces. Leftover sliders can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
