Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 cups milk (or dairy-free alternative)
- 1/2 cup maple syrup (or honey)
- 2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine rolled oats, milk, maple syrup, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, eggs, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Mix well until fully combined.
- Fold in the blueberries, ensuring they’re evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and the center is set.
- Allow it to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
