Description

A delicious no-cook breakfast option infused with blueberries, creamy yogurt, and a hint of maple syrup.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 3 cups water or milk
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or blueberry)
  • 2-3 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. In a mason jar or bowl, layer the blueberries at the bottom.
  2. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of maple syrup over the berries.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, liquid (water or milk), Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir well to combine.
  4. Carefully spoon the oat mixture over the blueberry layer in the jar, ensuring all blueberries are covered.
  5. Seal the jar or cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
  6. In the morning, stir the oats and top with extra blueberries, nuts, or a drizzle of maple syrup if desired.

Notes

Best enjoyed within 3-4 days in the refrigerator. Can be frozen before adding yogurt and toppings.
