Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, mix together the oats, milk, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Place the saucepan over low to medium heat. Stir often for 10-15 minutes until the mixture thickens and the oats absorb most of the liquid.
- Scoop the creamy oatmeal into bowls and serve warm.
