Description

A quick and easy no-cook breakfast made with rolled oats, chia seeds, brown sugar, bananas, and milk, perfect for busy mornings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 3-4 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 cup mashed banana (about 2 ripe bananas)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon (or more, to taste)
  • 2 cups milk (dairy or plant-based)


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, add the rolled oats and chia seeds.
  2. Stir in the brown sugar, mashed bananas, cinnamon, salt, vanilla extract, and milk. Mix until well combined.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Stir the mixture before serving and top with your favorite toppings.

Notes
