Brownie Batter Overnight Oats


Description

A healthy twist on classic brownies, these overnight oats combine rich chocolate flavor with the nourishing goodness of oats and chia seeds for a satisfying breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats (quick or rolled)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 2-4 medjool dates (depending on sweetness preference)
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Melted dark chocolate (for drizzling)
  • Fresh berries (optional)
  • Coconut flakes (optional)


Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients—oats, chia seeds, cocoa powder, medjool dates, almond milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt—into a high-powered blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, or pulse for a chunkier texture.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a jar or airtight container and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  4. Serve topped with melted dark chocolate, fresh berries, or coconut flakes.

Notes

These oats can last up to three days in the refrigerator, and can be frozen for a month. Stir well after thawing.
