Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie recommended)
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt (optional, for creaminess)
  • 1 teaspoon ranch seasoning (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Place the cottage cheese in a blender or food processor and blend until completely smooth.
  2. Transfer the smooth cottage cheese to a mixing bowl.
  3. Stir in the shredded chicken and buffalo hot sauce.
  4. Add apple cider vinegar or lemon juice, and mix well.
  5. Optional: Add Greek yogurt and ranch seasoning for extra creaminess and flavor.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let flavors meld.
  8. Serve chilled with veggies, crackers, or baked tortilla chips.

Notes
