Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie recommended)
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt (optional, for creaminess)
- 1 teaspoon ranch seasoning (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Place the cottage cheese in a blender or food processor and blend until completely smooth.
- Transfer the smooth cottage cheese to a mixing bowl.
- Stir in the shredded chicken and buffalo hot sauce.
- Add apple cider vinegar or lemon juice, and mix well.
- Optional: Add Greek yogurt and ranch seasoning for extra creaminess and flavor.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let flavors meld.
- Serve chilled with veggies, crackers, or baked tortilla chips.
