Description

A creamy, spicy blend of shredded chicken, cheese, and buffalo sauce, perfect for parties and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo wing sauce, ranch dressing, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
  6. For a slow cooker version, combine all ingredients in the crockpot and cook on low for 2-3 hours.
  7. Serve immediately with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggies for dipping.

Notes

This dip can be made ahead of time and refrigerated. Reheat before serving.
