Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo wing sauce, ranch dressing, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
- For a slow cooker version, combine all ingredients in the crockpot and cook on low for 2-3 hours.
- Serve immediately with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggies for dipping.
