Ingredients
- Pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- Chicken breast
- Cajun seasoning
- Heavy cream
- Garlic
- Bell pepper
- Onion
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breast with Cajun seasoning. Add it to the skillet and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic, chopped bell pepper, and diced onion. Sauté until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
- Lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream, mixing well.
- Slice the cooked chicken and return it to the skillet.
- Add the drained pasta and toss to coat everything well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
