Ingredients
- 2 cans (14.5 ounces each) green beans, drained
- 1 can (10.5 ounces) Campbell’s cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 1/3 cups French fried onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the drained green beans, cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, salt, and pepper, stirring until well mixed.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
- Stir in 2/3 cup of the French fried onions, mixing gently into the casserole.
- Top with the remaining fried onions and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Notes
You can substitute fresh green beans for canned. Adjust the amount of fried onions based on your preference for crunchiness. For added flavor, sauté garlic or onions before adding the mixture.
