Description

A creamy, zesty cheddar ranch cheeseball that’s perfect for gatherings and casual get-togethers. A delightful combination of sharp cheddar cheese and ranch seasoning.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, ranch seasoning mix, and chopped green onions. Mix well until fully combined.
  2. Using your hands, form the mixture into a ball shape.
  3. If you’re using them, coat the outside of the cheeseball with the chopped pecans for added crunch and flavor.
  4. Wrap the cheeseball tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow it to firm up.
  5. Once chilled, serve with your favorite crackers and fresh vegetables for dipping.

Best served with crackers and fresh vegetables. Store in an airtight container, best consumed within a week.
