A creamy, zesty cheddar ranch cheeseball that’s perfect for gatherings and casual get-togethers. A delightful combination of sharp cheddar cheese and ranch seasoning.
Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, ranch seasoning mix, and chopped green onions. Mix well until fully combined.
- Using your hands, form the mixture into a ball shape.
- If you’re using them, coat the outside of the cheeseball with the chopped pecans for added crunch and flavor.
- Wrap the cheeseball tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow it to firm up.
- Once chilled, serve with your favorite crackers and fresh vegetables for dipping.
