Ingredients
- 1 package of Hawaiian rolls
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray or butter for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the ground beef, diced onions, salt, and pepper in a large bowl—mix until incorporated.
- Form the mixture into small patties that will fit the size of the Hawaiian rolls.
- Grease a baking dish with cooking spray or butter, then place the bottom halves of the Hawaiian rolls in the dish.
- Cook the patties in a skillet over medium heat until they’re browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Place a cooked patty on each roll and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Cover the sliders with the top halves of the rolls.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, until the cheese melts and the rolls turn slightly golden.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
