Ingredients
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup salsa
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the refried beans, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, salsa, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
- Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes, until the top is bubbly and the cheese is melted.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
