Cheesy Hawaiian Roll Garlic Bread


Description

A delightful fusion of sweet and savory Hawaiian rolls stuffed with cheese and enveloped in garlicky butter.


Ingredients

  • 12-16 count Hawaiian rolls (each with 2 slits cut into the top)
  • 1 stick salted butter (softened)
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 ½ tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the prepared Hawaiian rolls in a buttered 9×13 baking dish.
  3. Carefully stuff the slits in each roll with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  4. In a small bowl, combine softened butter, chopped parsley, and minced garlic. Whisk until well incorporated.
  5. Spread the garlicky butter mixture over the top of the cheese-stuffed rolls.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 9 to 11 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the rolls are golden brown.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy every gooey, cheesy bite!
