A delightful fusion of sweet and savory Hawaiian rolls stuffed with cheese and enveloped in garlicky butter.
Ingredients
- 12-16 count Hawaiian rolls (each with 2 slits cut into the top)
- 1 stick salted butter (softened)
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 2 ½ tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the prepared Hawaiian rolls in a buttered 9×13 baking dish.
- Carefully stuff the slits in each roll with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- In a small bowl, combine softened butter, chopped parsley, and minced garlic. Whisk until well incorporated.
- Spread the garlicky butter mixture over the top of the cheese-stuffed rolls.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 9 to 11 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the rolls are golden brown.
- Serve hot and enjoy every gooey, cheesy bite!
