Ingredients
- 3 large russet potatoes, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Wash and dice the potatoes into bite-sized cubes.
- In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until they are evenly coated.
- Spread the potatoes in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle cheddar cheese evenly over the potatoes.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
