Ingredients

  • White chocolate melting wafers
  • Holly berry sprinkles
  • 1 Food scale
  • Light colored baking sheets


Instructions

  1. Prepare the maple cinnamon cookie dough and refrigerate it for a minimum of 30 minutes.
  2. Portion the dough into 1.5 oz balls for uniform cookies.
  3. Bake the cookies until golden brown and allow them to cool completely.
  4. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl at half power.
  5. Dip half of each cookie into the melted white chocolate and place on wax or parchment paper.
  6. Allow the chocolate to set and harden.
  7. Drizzle any additional melted chocolate over the dipped cookies and add holly berry sprinkles.
