Instructions

  1. Prepare the maple cinnamon cookie dough and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes.
  2. Portion the dough into uniform balls, weighing about 1.5 oz each for consistency.
  3. Bake the cookies until golden brown and cool completely before decorating.
  4. Melt the white chocolate wafers in a microwave-safe bowl, setting the microwave to half power.
  5. Dip half of each cooled cookie into the melted white chocolate and place on wax or parchment paper to dry.
