Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup butter (melted)
  • 2/3 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a 9″x9″ metal or glass baking pan with parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, melted butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until well combined.
  4. Slowly add in the eggs, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt, incorporating them lightly but thoroughly.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine the flour and baking powder, then gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients.
  6. Stir gently until just mixed—avoid overmixing.
  7. Pour the batter into your prepared pan, smoothing it out evenly.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until soft and slightly ‘raw’ in the middle.

Notes

For an ultra-chewy texture, slightly underbake your brownies. These brownies freeze well for up to 3 months.
