Description

A comforting Chicken Parmesan Casserole combining tender chicken, rich marinara, and gooey cheese, perfect for a cozy weeknight meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup cooked pasta (short pasta of your choice)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or olive oil for greasing


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, marinara sauce, cooked pasta, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly blended.
  3. Grease a baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
  4. Pour the chicken mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  5. Top the mixture with mozzarella cheese, ensuring every nook is covered, and then sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the top.
