Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: red pepper flakes for a kick of heat
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced chicken and cook until it’s browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic and zucchini; keep stir-frying for an additional 3-4 minutes, until the zucchini is tender.
- Drizzle soy sauce over the stir-fry and season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if you’re feeling spicy.
- Toss all the ingredients well, cooking for another minute to let the flavors meld.
