Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: red pepper flakes for a kick of heat


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced chicken and cook until it’s browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and zucchini; keep stir-frying for an additional 3-4 minutes, until the zucchini is tender.
