- Olive oil

Instructions

- Toss in the chickpeas and sun-dried tomatoes, sautéing them for a few minutes until they’re heated through and fragrant.
- Create small wells in the chickpeas and crack an egg into each well.
- Cover the skillet, allowing it to cook until the eggs are set to your liking.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper before serving.
