Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup chili sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
  3. Shape the mixture into small meatballs and arrange them on a baking sheet.
  4. In another bowl, whisk the cranberry sauce and chili sauce together until smooth.
  5. Pour the sauce mixture over the meatballs on the baking sheet, ensuring they’re well coated.
