Description
A festive and visually stunning charcuterie board shaped like a Christmas tree, perfect for holiday gatherings.
Ingredients
- 10 fresh rosemary sprigs
- 1 celery stalk
- Red, green, and black seedless grapes (clipped into small clusters)
- 4 ounces sharp cheddar (cut into ¾-inch squares)
- 4 ounces Monterey Jack (cut into ¾-inch squares)
- 4 ounces mild cheddar (cut into ¾-inch squares)
- ½ cup fresh cranberries
- 1-2 star fruits (sliced)
- 1 cup assorted nuts (almonds recommended)
- 1 green kiwi fruit (sliced)
Instructions
- Lay out the rosemary sprigs to create the outline of your tree, spreading them outwards from the top.
- Position the celery stem at the bottom for the trunk.
- Arrange your edible ingredients, starting with rows of cheese at the bottom and alternating with grape clusters.
- Use kiwi slices for the top of the tree.
- Crown the tree with a slice of star fruit and scatter additional star fruit slices over it.
- Add cranberries and mixed nuts around the tree, shaping almonds into a square “pot” at the base of the trunk.
Notes
This charcuterie board can be assembled up to 4 hours in advance. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until serving.
