Description

Rich, fudgy, and secretly healthy cottage cheese brownies packed with protein but full of chocolatey decadence.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup or coconut sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a square baking pan with parchment paper.

In a high-speed blender or food processor, blend cottage cheese, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla until completely smooth.

Pour the blended wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Fold in chocolate chips.

Notes
