Description

Creamy, protein-packed, and perfectly sweet, this cottage cheese cookie dough is a healthy twist on a nostalgic treat—ready in just five minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 23 tbsp rolled oats, blended into flour (or coconut flour)
  • Optional: mini chocolate chips, protein powder, chia seeds, nut butter, lemon zest, cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Add cottage cheese, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt to a blender or food processor.
  2. Pulse until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Add oats (or coconut flour) and pulse again until thickened.
  4. Adjust sweetness and flavor as desired.
  5. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Scoop into balls or enjoy with a spoon.
  7. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 1 month.

Notes

For nut-free or gluten-free options, use coconut or oat flour instead of almond flour. Add protein powder for a post-workout version.
