Ingredients

  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp chopped chives
  • Optional mix-ins: 2 tbsp dill
  •  1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 cup roasted red peppers (patted dry)
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Blend cottage cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add garlic powder, lemon zest, and chives (or other mix-ins) and pulse until combined.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
