Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts generously with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and heavy cream, then add the grated Parmesan cheese, mixing until the sauce is smooth.
- Pour the creamy sauce over the seasoned chicken breasts in a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- If desired, garnish with fresh basil just before serving.
