Creamy Garlic Chicken


Description

A comforting and indulgent dish that combines tender chicken breasts with a luscious garlic cream sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper, then place them in the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  6. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted smoothly into the cream.
  7. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, ensuring it’s well coated with the sauce.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze in a freezer-safe container for up to 3 months.
