Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper, then place them in the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted smoothly into the cream.
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, ensuring it’s well coated with the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
