Delicious stuffed mushrooms filled with creamy garlic and herb cheese, perfect for any gathering or as a cozy snack.
Ingredients
- 12 large mushrooms
- 8 oz cream cheese or Boursin cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh herbs (such as parsley and thyme), chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the mushrooms and gently remove the stems.
- In a bowl, combine the cream cheese or Boursin cheese with minced garlic, fresh herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Fill each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture.
- In another bowl, mix panko bread crumbs and grated Parmesan cheese with olive oil.
- Top each stuffed mushroom with the panko mixture.
- Arrange the mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for about 20-25 minutes until tender and crispy.
- Serve warm.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze before baking.
