Description

Delicious stuffed mushrooms filled with creamy garlic and herb cheese, perfect for any gathering or as a cozy snack.


Ingredients

  • 12 large mushrooms
  • 8 oz cream cheese or Boursin cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh herbs (such as parsley and thyme), chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and gently remove the stems.
  3. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese or Boursin cheese with minced garlic, fresh herbs, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fill each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture.
  5. In another bowl, mix panko bread crumbs and grated Parmesan cheese with olive oil.
  6. Top each stuffed mushroom with the panko mixture.
  7. Arrange the mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for about 20-25 minutes until tender and crispy.
  8. Serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze before baking.
