Ingredients
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- Fresh Parsley, for garnish
- 8 oz Spaghetti
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Butter, unsalted
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions
- Start by cooking the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Make sure to salt the water for added flavor. Drain and set aside when done.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat until melted and bubbling.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet. Cook, stirring frequently, until fragrant, about 1 minute. Be careful not to let it burn!
- Toss the cooked spaghetti into the skillet, ensuring each strand gets coated in that delicious garlic-oil mixture.
