Ingredients

  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • Fresh Parsley, for garnish
  • 8 oz Spaghetti
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Butter, unsalted
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated


Instructions

  1. Start by cooking the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Make sure to salt the water for added flavor. Drain and set aside when done.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat until melted and bubbling.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet. Cook, stirring frequently, until fragrant, about 1 minute. Be careful not to let it burn!
