Description

A rich and creamy garlic sauce elevating grilled chicken bites to an exceptional meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss the chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
  2. Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken bites for 5-7 minutes, flipping occasionally, until fully cooked and golden brown. Set them aside once done.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream, then stir in the Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  5. If you’d like a touch of acidity, add lemon juice for brightness (this step is optional).
  6. Toss the grilled chicken bites into the creamy garlic sauce or drizzle the sauce generously on top.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.

Notes

For best results, use freshly minced garlic. The sauce can be adjusted in thickness with chicken broth or cream.
