Description
A rich and creamy garlic sauce elevating grilled chicken bites to an exceptional meal.
Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss the chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
- Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken bites for 5-7 minutes, flipping occasionally, until fully cooked and golden brown. Set them aside once done.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream, then stir in the Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- If you’d like a touch of acidity, add lemon juice for brightness (this step is optional).
- Toss the grilled chicken bites into the creamy garlic sauce or drizzle the sauce generously on top.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
For best results, use freshly minced garlic. The sauce can be adjusted in thickness with chicken broth or cream.
