Ingredients
- 3 large ripe avocados
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 Roma tomato, diced
- 1/2 medium white onion, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Start by cutting the avocados in half. Carefully remove the pit and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl using a spoon.
- Using a fork or a potato masher, mash the avocados until they reach a creamy consistency.
- Next, finely chop the cilantro, Roma tomato, and white onion. Add all of these freshly chopped ingredients into the bowl with the avocado.
- Squeeze in the fresh lime juice, then sprinkle with black pepper and sea salt to enhance the flavors.
- Mix everything together thoroughly until well-blended.
- Taste your guacamole and adjust seasoning if you feel it needs a little extra zing.
- Serve your guacamole immediately with tortilla chips, or store it! Press plastic wrap directly against the surface to minimize browning.
