Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onions and minced garlic, and sauté until translucent.
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, broccoli, and the sautéed onions and garlic. Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined, then transfer into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and the top is golden. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For a crispy top, sprinkle more shredded cheese or crushed pork rinds before baking. Use rotisserie chicken for added flavor.
