Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onions and minced garlic, and sauté until translucent.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, broccoli, and the sautéed onions and garlic. Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  4. Mix well until all ingredients are combined, then transfer into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and the top is golden. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For a crispy top, sprinkle more shredded cheese or crushed pork rinds before baking. Use rotisserie chicken for added flavor.
